Part Number:INA2128

Hi,

Could you tell me about INA2128 supply current?
I want to know the maximum current consumption to choose the power supply for INA2128.
The following contents are described in the data sheet.
May I consider 1.5mA the worst case?

Use condition is
Supply voltage : ±6V
Gain : 1.4
Input voltage : ±2.5V

Could you give me your advice?

Best regards,
Yusuke

THS3062: One problem about high speed op amps' PCB routing

Part Number:THS3062

Hi TI expert,

The schematic I'm talking about is as Fig1.

My PCB is 4-layer. The trace, which is 10mil wide,  is on top layer and about 50mm . Below is ground plane, power plane and bottom layer. I've removed all copper on gorund plane under this 50mm trace due to parasitic capacitances issue. Due to the connectivity of my power plane, I've removed most of the copper on power plane under this trace except the yellow-marked region, about 6mm long. I wonder if such a 6mm unetched copper area will degrade the performance severely?

Part Number:LM2902-Q1

HI Sir,

On the LM2902-Q1 spec, it only a wording said "Qualified for Automotive Applications", but on other Q1 spec, the working will be "AEC Q100: Qualified for Automotive Applications". May I know if the LM2902 have AEC Q100 Qualified?

Many thanks,

High voltage Current sense amplifier

I am looking for a hight side current sense amplifier with a 500V common mode voltage. Most of the parts are less than 80V.

My main concern is measuring high resistance ( >2Mohms). I am using a DC/DC converter to produce a 500V for isolation testing.

I need to measure the current and the voltage to estimate the resistance.

Can you please advice which part will be suitable?

Thanks

OPA2333-HT: closed loop Output Impedance

Part Number:OPA2333-HT

I would like to calculate the unity gain closed loop output impedance at low frequencies (less than 10Hz). The data sheet seems to only have open loop output impedance for one frequency (350 KHz). Is it possible to provide a open loop vs frequency output impedance graph?

Kind Regards

THS3062: About microstrip technology for high-speed op amps

$

Part Number:THS3062

Hi TI expert,

I'm instructed to use microstrip technology to handle long-distance connections between high-speed op amps. That is, use ground fills on signal layers and leave the ground copper intact below the corresponding traces.

Then I need to drive 4 op amps by one op amp, as shown below.

I wonder if this configuration is correct for the microstrip application here? Or 4 isolation resistors for each op, not single one, are needed for op2 through op5?

Part Number:TLV271

Hi,

I'm using TLV271 Op-Amp as a transimpedence amplifier. Connecting a photodiode (current source) to convert current to voltage. There i'm successful.

But my problem is, I made a hand calculation on noise error. I'm getting a peak to peak noise as 18v. This is a MISTAKE. I have attached the calculation excel sheet. Please identify where i have done the mistake.

Tool/software:TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hi dear supporting team,

i have a problem with my circuit which you can see below. I already read that i can use the INA128 in single supply. My problem is that the INA128 don't gain my Signal from DMS like i expect and want it (gain = 100). After trying a couple of things and still no better result, i hope you can help me. Thanks a lot!

Part Number:AMC1311-Q1

Hi Team,

For AMC1311-Q1,  I notice that the common-mode output voltage is1.44V, what is the defination of this?  Does this mean zero input, the output drift?

Can I connect the negative output with GND, for this common-mode output voltgae would it influence the positive output into MCU?

how much is the group delay from INxD to OUTx? Could you maybe provide a step response plot containing input and output signal?

Thank you in advance!

TL3472: It breaks down when it's powered on

Part Number:TL3472

Dear all:

We have used TL3472 op amp to make frequency converter products. At present, it is found that 5 boards are damaged when TL3472 is powered on.The circuit diagram is as follows.

Under normal circumstances, when S1 is 0V, the first leg of TL3472 is also 0V.But now we have 5 plates, S1 is 0V, TL3472 first leg 5 v.After replacing TL3472, the first pin output 0V is normal.

Please help me check whether there are any defects in my schematic diagram.Or can you give me some Suggestions for change

Thank you!

TINA/Spice/OPA843: OP843

Part Number:OPA843

Hello;

I have a 1 photodiode and 1 Avalanche photodiode.

I have tried OPA857 before but I need to design new pcb for my application.

First I want to build TIA and second stage amplifier for 0-200mhz signal

For the Photodiode(FGA01-Thorlabs)  I am unable to choose even though I almost memorize the Opamp specs.

First of all  I am in between OPA656-OPA843-OPA847- Opa381(I prefer msop package) and for second stage THS4504 Seems fine to me but I am not sure. After the second Stage I will use Microcontroller for Signal processing.

For the Avalanche Photodiode(G8931-10 Hamamatsu)

I though I can use same opamps but Still I am not sure. The bandwith is the same as photodiode. I also used Opa857 before for this application.

But I am open to any suggestion  about my design.

The light I am trying to detect has really low illumination.

Thanks in advance.

Best regards

In reply to Costin Cazana:

I'm using the DRV110EVM setup above with a TTL signal generator (1 Hz) into the Enable pin.    I'm trying to drive a bank of six 12vdc solenoid valves  (29 ohm each) connected in parallel  (4.8 ohm to the DRV110).  I can barely drive one valve with 14vdc supply.   I tried using a Solid State Relay (SSR) but its turn-on and turn-off speed is too slow to effectively pass the PWM pulses.

What must I do to drive at least  two or three of my solenoid valves?  I have attached images of my setup.  Please let me know if you cannot see them.

Is it possible to use a faster SSR to drive the bank of six valves?

Thanks for your help,

Ken

INA169: Voltage offset error at low currents is much higher than expected

$

Part Number:INA169

Hello,

We have a few boards that use two INA169 chips per board. We seem to get different offset errors for each of the chips on the board, but they remain the same across the boards. For exampe, board 1 has chip1 and chip 2. Chip 1 on all the boards seems to have a similar voltage offset at low currents and chip 2 on all the boards seems to have a similar voltage offset at low currents, but the voltage offset of chip 1 and chip 2 is very different. Here is a schematic of what I am using:

From reading other forum posts I was expecting to have a maximum offset of 22mV (0.2mv x 1000uA/V x 110K), but in reality, I am seeing an offset of ~280mV on one of the ICs and ~124mV(and that is consistent across all the boards). We expect max peak current to be about 30A. Do you think we should just add an offset to our software that handles what we are seeing? What do you recommend?

Thanks,

Felipe

LMP2234: Measuring input bias current

Part Number:LMP2234

I have a customer designing with the LMP2234.  They are interested in measuring the input bias current for the part.  Do we have any recommendations?

In addition, they are interested in additional ESD protection on the amplifier inputs.  How will this affect the input impedance?

Thanks.
