OPA354: Spice Model for OPA354 simulation

Hi,

I am using spice model from TI for simulation of the OPA354 amplifier, I am finding some problems to understand the results:

1) using dual power supply +/-5Vdc I will find 7mV of Off-Set in the output signal and the gain is not right, it should be 10 and with 10mV input signal the out should be 100mV as indicated in the simulation I have 82mV peak;

2) OPA354 should work also with single supply 3.3V but does not work as indicated in the simulation attached;

For sure I'm making mistakes, but where.
