The request is actually for SKU AMP-PDK-SOT23-6 (but this part was coming up as "unrecognised in the Part Number field).

Could you please confirm SKU  AMP-PDK-SOT23-6 is CE ad if YES, please provide the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity (EU DoC)?

We could not find the CE/EU Declaration for this part on your website. We found it for another similar part (SKU AMP-PDK-TSSOP-14) but not for AMP-PDK-SOT23-6.

. We use this part in die form--INA271SKGD1 / the part is rated at 200° but we are seeing lots of failures at 162° / >.6 mA . I need this information ASAP.

It may also be important to mention that the units are working fine at ambient, but fail during the 160 degree C thermal test. The analog signal is measuring higher than what it should be outputting. We are comparing the measured current with a DMM. We are putting the unit through 160 degrees C with 4mA - 6 mA of current. The analog output of the failed ICs report 8mA-12.5mA when at the previously mentioned temperature after 8-48 hour heat soak. Very few units report the correct current after this test

INA149: INA149 Simulation Model Inquiry

I received the INA149 simulation model from the web and ran it.
The offset voltage is listed as 350uV in the datasheet as a typical value.
The result is 50uV for the TINA model and 60uV for the PSpice model.
There is a big difference from the typical value of 350uV in the datasheet.
Please check.

TLV387: Pin function table does not match with the figure shown pinout in DBV Package, 5-Pin SOT-23

There is error in the Pin function table as it shows 6 pin for a 5 pin package part also it swaps the inverting & non inverting terminal pin numbers.

The figure that shows pinout for DBV Package, 5-Pin SOT-23 seems to be correct .

Please correct the datasheet for this part & confirm which pinout to be followed Figure or table.

Hello, I am a circuit designer.I have a question about LM2903B-Q1

The VCC reference Voltage seems to be 15V, but I need to connect a 5V power supply.Since there is an error rate even at 5V, the voltage value can definitely go down further, but how much can it go down?When I simulate it, it seems to not work from 4.5V.Is that right?I wonder what the minimum is.

I hope to use LMH5401 to design a circuit with adjustable VCM output.
The working voltage of LMH5401 : VCC = 3.15V , VEE = -2.14V
It is hoped that the VCM output will be in the following range: [-500mV  500mV]
Single ended output voltage swing: 1 Vpp

I tried to simulate it with TINA, and the function was OK.

I wonder if the actual operation of the circuit will be consistent with the simulation.

OPA192: Differential Input Impedance Typ: 100MOhm || 1.6pF

From all the information about the used input stage configuration i assume:

1. It is a complementary PMOS+NMOS differential stage with somewhat harsh bias current transition over the common-mode voltage range

2. It contain ESD diodes from each input to both V+ or V-

3. Because there are no input differential protection diodes i assume that the gate-oxide must be still internal protected by a special circuit

4. This special circuit is decoupling the sources of each PMOS or NMOS differential pair so that the Vgs is not the full supply

The final question is that i assume that a complementary PMOS+NMOS differential stage with ESD diodes still have a very high differential input impedance but not 100MOhm. Is the 100MOhm a typo or the result of this special circuit? In closed loop operation the differential voltage is small where the 100MOhm also result in pA or less current. But  for 36V it is a significant 360nA. Please clearify.

Does anyone ever use a python-Driver for the current sensor ina238?  I have found in GitHub a Library , address: GSI-HPC/py-ina238: TI INA238 Driver
i have installt this Lib to my Raspberry Pi wirh the code: 

pip install ina238

But it seems that it doesn't work. it shows:

.venv/lib/python3.11/site-packages/ti/__init__.py", line 6, in <module>
import ina238

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'ina238'

How can i correctly install and use this Lib? or is there any other Lib?

I have tested the AMC0311D vs the AMC1311B with the help of the ADS127L18 EVAL Board. And I get better results from the AMC0311D like lower noise, offset and linearity. I tested 5 AMC1311B and 5 AMC0311D and I use the sinc3 50Hz filter in my ADS127L18. Is the data sheet of the AMC0311D still preliminary and electrical characteristics are not final or is it because I have the PAMC0311D version which is slightly better than the final product?

We have a suffering issue relating  PCN# 20220615003.1 . 

We know that this PCN change relates WAFER & FRAMEWORK & body making & Assembly site.

We're wondering if “Input offset adjustment N1,N2“ has no function withTL081CDR?

Since TL081CD replaced with TL081CDR,base on TT circuit diagram , no matter how to adjust R38,there’s no output voltage change with TACHO+ ~ TACHO+ . (R37
=5.1kohm or 1.5k ohm ).

TLV07: Some samples show unexpected output result

My customer observed unexpected output on some TLV07 samples.

* Some samples show large "remaining voltage" and will converge after certain time.
On the other hands, Almost samples show small "ramaining voltage".

We would like to know root cause of this issue.
I attached files which show "overview" and "detail" for our issue. Please confirm it and could you give your feedback ?
