Part Number: INA133

Dear Team,

We are using INA133U in one of our major project where as can we use INA133UA without any changes. If we use INA133UA  instead of INA133U, will affect my circuit anywhere technically. If yes, please advice the major differences.

Thanks ,

Chaos while choosing the amplifier(current sense)

Hi,

I have an application where I need to measure the AC Current using CT and output the Analog voltage of 0-10 (to be specific Unidirectional).

I have chosen a CT which outputs 50mA(Is) for 100A(Ip) Ratio of 2000s:1p.

I have chosen a burden/Shunt resistor of 70.72Ohm as per the formulae Burden resistor = (Aref/2)/ (I secondary); Aref=10V, Isec = 70.70mA(50mA * 1.414);

So Voltage across the Burden resistor is +/- 5V.(Correct me if I'm wrong in calculation of burden resistor).

One way to get the Output Voltage of 10V by offset (ref) but I need to implement using amplifier.

(I have not designed any of circuit using Amplifier Yet and I would like to get to know more about them).

How INA 225 can be used in this application?

I also came across the INA253 which is new TI Current sense product which has built in shunt resistor of 2mOhm and supply is limited to 5.5V I believe this can not be used in my application since output V > Supply V. Are there any other Current sense Amplifier with built in Shunt with wide range of Supply Voltage(in my application 10-15V) and ref design.

Could you please help me with choosing amplifier?

Thanks. (Expecting an early response since have time bound issue in completing this project)

Part Number: TLV3502-Q1

I am building a class d amp using comparator TLV3502 and I have a question on half bridge vs full bridge

My input is analog XLR (differential )

My chosen output architecture is full bridge

After I sum the differential output (using opamp) then feed it to the comparator (with triangle wave) so I get a PWM output , How do I feed this PWM output to a full bridge (I understand how to feed it to a half bridge)

current sensing for power amplifier driving the piezo composite transducer

I need a over current protection solution for the power amplifier driving the piezo composite  transducer .  Our system require +-100V supply for power amplifier. Maximum Continuous current allowed is 2A peak.

1)Is it better to sense the load current ya supply side current?

2)INA293-Q1 Do check this part number ! when is the release date for the same?

3)Output is taken differentially across both the amplifier to the load

4) Do reply with a proper scheme please

5)No much constraints on response time

INA194A-Q1: Current shunt sensor TI/INA194AIDBVR output question.

Part Number: INA194A-Q1

Hi, Sirs,

We are using TI current sensor INA194AIDBVR. The architecture is as follows.

We would like to sense the current of DK_36V_OUT. The DK_36V_OUT is 36V +/-5%.

Even there is no load of DK_36V_OUT, INA194AIDBVR will output about 0~0.6V.

We checked and make sure the voltage difference of Vin+ and VIN-, it is 0V.

We test about 20PCS without load. The output value is different for all of them.

Part Number: OPA2350

I am using opa2350 as a current sensor in inverter as that combination:

and sometimes, when output voltage is >20 VAC i have problem with sensing current in negative sinusoidal:

Positive half looks quite okay. I try it with diffrent shunt resistor value, but the problem stay always for negative voltage.

INA190-Q1: Position of the INA190 for current sense monitor in battery stack

Part Number: INA190-Q1

I planned to use an INA190-Q1 to measure the current in a battery stack composed with 8 cells of lithium batteries.

I know that this component is capable to be used in high side or low side position.

But in my case, it is easier to place the shunt resistor between cell 1 & 2 (so not the directly the - of the stack) or between cell 7 and 8 (andnot the directly the + of the stack).

Is it possible ?

TLC2272: A simple buffer circuit outputting a noise of 1Mhz.

Part Number: TLC2272

Hi,

I had made a simple buffer circuit from the TLC2272 (V+= 3.3V, V-=0 ) . The input to the IN+1 pin is +1.25V DC from a 100k potentiometer. The output shows the DC voltage (1.25V) + a 100mV pk-pk noise with a frequency of 1Mhz.  We had to eventually add a 2.2uF capacitor to attenuate the noise to a manageable output, but this is very odd and can identify where the noise is coupling from!

Hi TI team

I have a trouble is about opa454 output voltage can't stability when have a capacitance load, but I don't know how to solve it.

I have tried to adjust the capacitance on C2 position from 100p to 2.7n, it has changed but it's transient are not good.

I want to know how to adjust to make both good.

Part Number: USB2ANY

Hello

I have LP5036EVM module connected to a laptop through USB2ANY interface.

I am able to use the LP50 EVM tool to set the LEDs in the evaluation module. Now need to be able to interface with a C program. I have seen the location of USB2Any_xxx.h files in the C:\Program Filesxxx\LP50\node_modules\ti-usb2any folders.

Is there an example code that demonstrates how to initialize, set up and play with the LEDs from a C program. Many links seems to suggest example code in USB2ANY SDK, but i am not able to see any such SDK .

Please help.

Thanks

Part Number: TLV4316

Hi  Experts:

I found there is a spike issue when power on the TLV4316 , the detail is :

It is a summator topology like below used to be the Over current detection for the Motor driver system .

Question: Could you please explain the spike and how to resolve it?

BTW, even we disconnect the load (remove the R58) , the spike is also existed.

Thanks!

The below waveform show Output vs the 3.3V pin, you can see the spike come out when the VCC go above 1.8V.

The waveform below is the output vs the Vin+ input , there is no signal input during the power on

LMV393-Q1: Common-mode input voltage range at VCC=5V, full temperature range(-40C ~ 125C)

Part Number: LMV393-Q1

Hello team,

My customer considering using LMV393-Q1 in the automotive application.
So this team would like to know about the VICR( Common-mode input voltage range) spec at VCC=5V and full temperature range(-40C ~ 125C).
Because the LMV393-Q1 datasheet has this spec at 25C temperature condition only. Please reply to my customer's question on VICR @ VCC=5V and -40C ~ 125C temperature range.

Best regards,
DY

LMH6643: Datasheet spec

Part Number: LMH6643

Hi

LMH6643 datasheet was changed from P-ver to Q-ver as below.

What is meaning AT TEMPERATURE EXTREMES? Total temperature range -40C to +85C? or only -40C and +85C?

I'm confusing, because, it was deleted "at Tj=25C" on the P-ver datasheet.

So,I think, Q-ver say the right values are spec at total temperature range, and the left values are spec at only -40C and +85C.

Or The right values are spec at room temp, and the left value are spec at total temperature range.

Which Is correct?

Part Number: BOOSTXL-TLV8544PIR

Hi :

I test BOOTSTXL-TLV8544PIR,find some problem:  When the board came on, I kept shaking my hands in front of the PIR,I use an oscilloscope to detect the signal values at 1 and 2,It takes 50 seconds to detect the shaking of human hands. The first time is too long. Customers need us to detect it in 20S. Please adjust the value of resistance and capacitance in the operational amplifier to meet the requirements. Thank you for your answer.

INA225: RINT value of INA225 and Slew rate

Part Number: INA225

Hi,

* I would like to know the Internal RINT resistor values which plays a vital role in selecting the Gains and also I notice that slew rate of INA225 is around 0.4V/us which seems to be less  for my application(In general).

* Is there any way that I can simulate my circuit with INA225 before i go into the Manufacturing.

*  I have few questions in my application using CT.

Voltage across the sense resistor will be +/- 0.4V (since CT outputs 50mA for Max Ip of 100A and Rs is 5.76Ohm).

I would like to know what happens when the input is to the amplifier is negative in case of unidirectional and Bidirectional?

Thanks.
