Hi Team,
Good day!
Our customer is requesting for the test circuits used in obtaining the Bode plot in Figure 1. (Noninverting Small-Signal Frequency Response) of the OPA354 datasheet. Is it possible to provide this information to the customer?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Regards,

Part Number:INA250
Hi,
I have a design using the INA250 as shown below. The INA250 IN+ is directly connected to the battery all the time. The 5V rail is from a linear regulator that is being powered by VBAT (output of the current sensor). The 5V regulator's enable pin is connected to the power switch. Therefore, when the power switch is off then the enable is low which shuts off the 5V regulator. However, when this occurs I am stilling seeing a voltage around 1-.5V on the 5V rail. I cut the trace from the 5V regulator output isolating it from the rest of the board. I am still seeing this mysterious voltage.I tracked this down and it seems to come from the INA250 VS. I verified this by cutting the trace to VS isolating it from the 5V rail. I still see this mysterious voltage at VS. What could cause VS to generate voltage given that its the device's supply rail?

Hi support team
As D/S mentioned, the max output accuracy over temperature is +/-3.5%, is this number included input filter gain error?
May i have idea where the +/-3.5% coming from, which parameter inside the IC will much impact the accuracy?
Part Number:INA826
Hello,
Regarding to burn-in test data on INA826AID, my customer is asking a question.
(Question)
Do you have a burn-In test data? If so, could you please tell me about temperature ranges,
test time for burn-in?
I think that it might not have a data because of general purpose device.
Just in case. I will ask about that.

Dear TI community.
I have questions about multibrator behavior.
Multibrator was used for EV battery voltage measurements.
The attached file is a circuit diagram and a measurement waveform.
If only 12V low voltage is connected, it is normal to operate, but if HV (360V) battery is also connected, the waveform will change.
Please let me know if there are any considerations for the circuit or layout, or if there are any other solutions.(Please visit the site to view this file)
Part Number:INA3221
Hi,
We are using 3 INA3221's on our platform for bus/shunt voltage measurements. Out of 3, 2 Devices are working fine and giving out correct measurements (For one device A0 is connected to VDD 3.3v and for other device the A0 is connected to GND) both of these devices are connected to supplies between (0.7v to 2v). On the third, only 2 channels are in use ( channel 1 1.8v and channel 2 3.3v) we am unable to read anything from 3rd device.
The pullup on the I2C lines are 4.7k. Below is schematic
We also observed that when we try to observe the SDA signal on scope and probe (10Mohm 10pf) the resistor R875 (at end towards IC) we are able to read the registers and able to take voltage measurements. Speculating that probe is adding capacitance (10pf) and that capacitance is somehow effecting the bus. But we don't see anything mentioned in device document about capacitance requirement when A0 is connected to SDA.
Note: We are also observing this issue on other platforms which use 4 INA's where the problem is with devices where A0 is connected to SDA/SCL.

Hi Support team
AS D/S page 23, 9.2.2.3 Input Filtering mentioned,
Total effect on gain error can be calculated by replacing the 5-kΩ term with 5 kΩ – 30%, (or 3.5 kΩ) or 5 kΩ +
30%, (or 6.5 kΩ).
my customer just curious why the input impedance will have such higher tolerance about +/-30%?
if so, how about the internal divide resistor, is this part also has +/-30% tolerance?
for example, 3.5Kohm will match with 350kohm & 6.5Kohm will match with 650Kohm? am i correct?

Hi Support team
As D/S mentioned, the offset voltage is 2mV (typ) which mean the differential voltage would NOT less than 2mV to insure the output accuracy (less than +/3.5% max)
my question is that while differential voltage > 2mV, may we still need to consider this parameter (offset voltage) if we would like to calculate the output accuracy?
in the other hand, is offset voltage influence the output accuracy in normal operation mode?
Part Number:OPA170
Hello;
We are using OPA170 as open loop comparator where at inverting terminal is a Pot to set reference threshold. At non inverting terminal there is a output of our circuit. Effectively at the i non inverting terminal of ap-amp is 0.1uF cap in parallel with 1Meg Resistor.
During normal operation there is no issue. But when this circuit is exposed to High electromagnetic filed then what we see is that 0.1uF gets charged to 0.6V TO 1V. We initially through that EM waves might be inducing this voltage inside the circuit through a track or a loop But that was not the case. Hence finally what we did was keeping every thing same we just disconnected the supply pins of op-amp and tested again. This time there was no voltage observed across 0.1uF cap.
Hence want to know is it possible that due to external EM wave there might be high noise of power supply time and hence hence power supply is noisy at the supply pins of op-amp. Due to this noise on power supply will lead to strange behavior of the op-amp and hence it might be charging the 0.1uF capacitors which is at the non inverting input terminal of op-amp.

HI Sir: this is my test circuit. When I connect the PIN3 to GND . The output should be Low. But I find that When I power on. there is short high pulse. pls ref the picture. I want to know why?
Part Number:LMV7219
Hi Sir:
I use the LMV7219 make a basic threshold comparison circuit. I find that for example: In-=Vref= 2V. In+ =Vin = 2.1V . the output is unstable. It looks like a sine wave,Maybe it's a square wave. Why? In my understanding it should be Voffset. But The LMV7219 offset= Max 6mV.
Part Number:ISO124
Hi team,
My customer is evaluating our ISO124. I noticed that in our datasheet, the maximum input voltage of the primary side is 100V. So when there is a transient voltage that is higher than 100V applied to the input, I assume the primary side will be broken. My question is that when the primary side is broken by the high input voltage, what will happen on the secondary side—can it be kept safe? Thanks.
Best regards,
Wayne
Part Number:INA230
hi, team,
I use INA230 for measuring input current, and input voltage is 3.3V, but the current read back from 0x04 register is 0xffff or 0x0000, following are my setting steps:
1. set configuration register 0x00 -> 0x4217
2. set calibration register 0x05 -> 0xA00
3. read current register 0x04 -> failed
I2C interface can read ACK back, and can read DIE ID from FF register 0x8800
below is my schematic, and I2C has pull-up.
I want to know why I can't read current data back? Do I set the register in a wrong way or something else go wrong?
Thanks a lot!
Kelly
Part Number:INA301
Hi,
Below is the schematic. Actually, my customer used 3 INA301 with the same circuit, but only one had problem.Just 1A load will cause Alert. the designed over current is 13A, Rlimit is 25K. the shunt res is 7.5mΩ。
From TP1, can observe below waveform through an oscilloscope
From TP2 ,the waveform is as below;
Apparently there was a wing at IN+. and tried to remove the capacitance marked with red box in schematic, the problem has not been solved..
Then found there is a big transformer on the back of the INA301 with problem. and the switch frequency is close to the number in the picture 2[57Khz]
. [below is the transformer, just right behind the INA301], and this is a two-layer PCB design.
My questions are:
(1) any suggestion to the root cause
(2)How to fix this?
(3)Any better device for this case?
Thanks.
