THS4551: Input offset current

Part Number:THS4551

Hello,

Let me confirm about contradiction of input offset current.

* According to datasheet, there are several spec to understand input offset current at each temperature.

1.  I could confirm input offset current drift from "input offset current" spec.

According to datasheet, I could understood as shown below.

Delta input offset current from 25 degree :

28 nA (78nA - 50nA (Source side))

Delta input offset current from 25 degree :

18 nA (68nA - 50nA (Sink side))

2.  I could confirm input offset current drift from "input offset current drift" spec.

According to datasheet, I could understood as shown below.

Delta input offset current from 25 degree :

28 nA (280pA * 100 degree (Source side))

Delta input offset current from 25 degree :

28 nA (280pA * 100 degree (Sink side))

3. Finally, I could confirm input offset current drift from "Figure 52".

According to datasheet, source side of delta input offset current is similar to datasheet other(above "1" and "2".) specs.

However, sink side of input offset current is too much compared with other(above "1" and "2".) specs.

The question is below.

Q. Could you please tell us which input offset current drift value is correct ?

Best Regards,

INA188: INA188 Input Stage Offset Voltage Test Condition

Part Number:INA188

Dear Sir,

I have a question on the subject INA188 test condition. What is gain? Is it G=1 or G=100?

I refer to INA828. It specifies G=100 for test condition of Vosi. I suppose higher gain for Vosi test is required to minimize Voso influence, right?

Best regards,

Masa

AMC1301: TIDA-01513, calculating equation issue

Part Number:AMC1301

Hi

I have a question about AMC1301-Q1. I saw the Page 6 and 11 of the reference design TIDA-01513 tells the detection principle and final verification result. It confused me if the calculation formula (2) and (3) with the red underline in the  picture as belows is correct or not. Because according to the circuit, this 'minus' in the formula should be 'plus'. But using VREF plus the following expression item, it won't match the test result. Can you help to check this and give me some explaination? Thanks a lot.

INA303: Op Amp Buffer for Reference Voltage Input

Part Number:INA303

Hi,

I am looking into the circuit design of INA303. This part is very helpful for overcurrent protection with window comparator integration.

In INA303EVM design, the reference voltage divider is fed to REF pin with OPA313 buffer. The datasheet also tells that low-value resistor divider could also be used to eliminate the buffer stage. I am looking into the relationship between divider resistance values and output accuracy. Would there be any explicit requirements for the source impedance, i.e. the resistance of the voltage divider?

Thanks for your help!

Hi TI team

We have got the request for updated LMV34x-Q1 Spice model for short mode simulation for their failure analysis.

- Does current LMV342-Q1 spice model work for that requirement?

Or if you have any recommendation for that kind of simulated failure analysis. Please kindly let us know.

INA188: DC CMRR for INA188

Part Number:INA188

Hi,

I'm measuring a 10uA DC load with INA188. INA188 is powered by +-15V. I think Figure 16 specifies the AC CMRR. As the common voltage of INA188 is kept as 12Vdc, does it mean the error brought by AC CMRR could be ignored? I didn't find DC CMRR value in datasheet. Is the error brought by DC CMRR equal to (12Vdc/DC CMRR) as an additional offset(Vos) error?

Besides offset voltage, does the auto-zeroing techniques also eliminate the CMRR error?

Thanks.

Hi,

Input negative voltage range is specified GND - 0.2V.

LOG114: Log114 behaving strangly

Part Number:LOG114

Hello everybody,

I'm using the LOG114  exactly as depicted in the Datasheet on page 11 in dual supply configuration, I1 derived from the internal 2,5V with 2,5MOhms. The design is powered by a single 3.3V voltage source. The +-5V are derived as described in Figure 12 on page 19 on the datasheet.

The current, that has to be measured, is created by a reference voltage of 1V followed by a variable resistor. If the resistance is low (~100k) i have no problem. However, the vlogout signal is very very noisy. This gets even worse if the current to be measured gets lower. It seems the chip starts to oscillate.

Do you have any idea, what to do about it?

Best Regards
Christof

Hi people,

I recently ordered a few samples of vaious ICs. No problem.

This time I tried to order 5 samples of INA317.

Can someone provide help, please??

Thanks, Kind regards.

INA128: INA128 output distortion

Part Number:INA128

Hi,

I am using INA128 for mains AC voltage measurement.  I am using  two different circuits on is using isolation transformer and other one is using Resistor voltage divider.  In case of voltage transformer  input voltage is 63.5vrms and output of transformer is 591mV RMS.  This 591 mVrms is given to INA128 amplifier with gain is one. INA input pin is terminated to ground using 10K resistor.  In this case of circuit I get clean,  non distorted output from INA128

In second circuit concept I have used resistor voltage divider  to down convert high input voltage to low 591 vrna voltage.

Using 3.9M ohm and 36 K ohm resistor.  And this low voltage is given to INA128.  In this case I get distorted output in positive half of sine wave.  It looks like saturated at positive peak or harmonics of 2nd 3rd order even if input voltage is very low 591mvrms as compared to supply voltage +5 and -5volt.

Please suggest correct method to interface voltage divider to INA128 to remove distortion

Thanks and regards

TLV6002: Output swing negative rail

Part Number:TLV6002

Hi,

My customer hopes that TLV6002 can output 5mV on V+=5V, V-=GND, RL=50 kΩ connected to GND (not Vs/2), Ta=-20℃~70℃.
If RL=50 kΩ is connected to GND, is this realized?

How should we judge this?

We are referring the below post.

Part Number:DRV2700EVM

Hello E2E,

What kind of current load can the DRV2700 drive? I realize that this will be dependent on the Vout of the DRV2700 and I would imagine the capacitance rating, but I didn't see a way to calculate out its limitations in the DS or EVM user guide.  Thank you in advance for pointing me in the right direction!
