OPA4388: When is OPA4388 in TSSOP14 available?

Part Number:OPA4388

Hello,

The first page of the datasheet of the OPA4388 says the TSSOP14 package is in preview.

In the package options at the end of the datasheet, the TSSOP14 is not listed.

Is there any chance the TSSOP package is available soon?

I am looking for a performance upgrade drop-in with no 1/f noise and EMI filter.

Best regards,

Ton

LM148: LM148

Part Number:LM148

I could only enter the LM148 portion of the part above since the parts I'm trying to find out about are not recognized.

Are LM148J/883Q and LM148JB interchangeable? It has been difficult for me to make this determination since not all of these alpha numerics seem to show on the data sheet that comes up when searching the individual numbers.

I have been tasked with repairing OLD technology as well as developing tests and need to know which of the parts that I can find I will be able to use.

TINA/Spice/THS4221: Simulating THS4221 in Tina-TI

Part Number:THS4221

Tool/software:TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hi,

I am doing a simple simulation using THS4221 as a comparator. Please see the schematic below:

Battery = 10V

VG1=Square wave at 1kHz switch between 0 to 5V

Voltage at V+ terminal of THS4221 stays in between 2.3V and 2.7V because resistors are set up for having a few millivolt of hysteresis for this comparator configuration.

The result says THS4221 is drawing 23A of current. What did I do wrong?

Thanks

DRV595: The DRV595 go to fault state

Part Number:DRV595

Hi team,

My customer use the DRV595 as a TEC driver.

Below is the schematic.

The purple means not install.

So after power on the device, they will use the MCU to pull the SDZ to high.

if the voltage between the IN+ and IN- is 1V, when the SDZ goes to high, the device will go into Fault state.

if the voltage between the IN+ and IN- is 0.5V, when the SDZ goes to high, the device works well, and then they also can change the voltage between IN+ and IN- to 1V.

Can you help to analyze if this is normal, and is there some limitation we need to take into consideration when pull up the SDZ pin?

Lacey

Thanks a lot!

Part Number:LM139-MIL

Dear All,

I've a question about LM139-MIL available packages.

In first page of datasheet there is a table reporting the available packages of component and there is also SOIC package, but I don't find the related orderable device p/n and the mechanical data of SOIC device.

My question: is LM139-MIL in SOIC case available?

Thanks in advance.

Hello team,

My customer intend to use OPA192 as current monitor as attached schematic (gain=200V/V), in this design case, they want to know about the gain error accuracy looks like, can you advise the way of gain error calculation?

Very appreciate.

OPA656: Table 7.6 Electrical Characteristics : +/-5V: High Grade DC Specifications

Part Number:OPA656

Why does Table 7.6 Title indicate +/-5V?  Other specs don't provide a voltage in the title/header, so are presumed to be be 4.5-5.5V.  This may be obvious, but please confirm that the High Grade specifications are also over 4.5-5.5V, not just at 5.00V.

In Table 7.6, Input Offset voltage is specified under MIN.  This should be MAX.  Also units are incorrect, mA and dB mixed in Table 7.5.

Thanks

INA196: Output saturation issue

Part Number:INA196

Hello,

I'm using INA196 to measure current flowing through the load as per attached picture. I have wide range of currents, so I use INA196 to measure very low currents and then I rely on measuring woltage drop over resistor bank I have in my circuit. I hoped that when my input voltage is more than INA196 is able to output (0.25V) the output will saturate at about 5V. Unfortunately, when input voltage to INA196 is in range between 2.6 and 8.2V the output goes to 0V. Above 8.2V it saturates at about 5V. What may be the reason of output voltage going to 0V in input voltage region 2.6-8.2V ?

Thanks,

Jacek.

LMC6035: Output oscillation on LMC6035 with DC input and 1K load

Part Number:LMC6035

I am trying to utilize the LMC6035 as a non-inverting gain amplifier. I have the circuit seen below (bypass cap present in design but not shown). I have a stable 1V DC signal on pin 5 of the LMC6035, and I want a stable 5V output signal on pin 7 (i.e. net Y_I_FB). I am attempting to drive a simple resistive load, but I am getting large oscillations on the output. With the 1V input, and a 1K load resistor I am getting an output oscillation of 1V-5V at ~425 kHz

ONET2591TA: Clarification on figures in datasheet

Part Number:ONET2591TA

Hi Team,

My customer and I have some questions on the ONET2591TA that I'd like to get your clarification on:

  1. We'd like to get a better understanding of the small signal transimpedance vs the transimpedance dependent on the average filtered bias current. How does small signal impedance change with respect to average bias current?

  2. We are also assuming that Figures 10,11,12 and 13 are based on small signal transimpedance. Can you please confirm that this is correct?

Tying this to example eye diagrams (Figure 12/13) is a bit more confusing since 1mAppk -> 200mVppk suggests transimpedance of 200, 2mAppk -> 200mVppk suggests transimpedance of 100. The datasheet is not clear about how the gain is limited. Is gain limiting working here?

  3. In figuring out the differential output mVpp, does Figure 5 matter here?

Small signal transimpedance (2000~3200ohm) * modulation current (I_input 1mApp) gives 2~3.2Vpp.This looks like the work of gain limiting, but then we are having trouble understanding why it has such a wide range of 140mVpp~310mVpp as MAX diff voltage.

Thanks,
Mitchell

Part Number:LM2903

Hi,

upon going through the datasheet, can't seem to find PSRR specs for the IC.

Is there a way to figure out if the part has any rejection at low frequencies, particularly between 10-20kHz region as our power supplies have ripples on it? Thanks.

Leo

Part Number:TLV9064

Dear

What is meaning of “0.010 (0.25) M” at package size?

What' stand for?

It seems to be a tolerance for pin’ width but Max value is 0.02 and min value is 0.012.

How we can make 0.01 tolerance for each pin?
