Hi,
I am using LOG114 for Insulation resistance measruement. Current measruement requires 500pA to 5mA DC.
I tried with LOG114 but current below 100nA is not possible to measure.
The circuit is as below. The 2.2V input is a stable source without noise. Also the 5V supply is stable and derived from battery.
