THS6212: THS6212 USING PROBLEM

There is something confusion about THS6212 using, and hope you can give me some suggestion. As we know Pin 4 is IADJ, and how to using it? Some customer connect it to GND with a resistor ,but how to choose the resistor value? and what's the best value?
