Hi all,
I'm using op amp OPA2313 in my application and in first 500pz production I experienced 4 pcs of OPA2313 broken (short circuit on output to ground or short circuit on inverting input to ground). I've reviewed my project but I can't see violation to absolute maximum ratings or application parameters.
Can someone help me to understand if there is something wrong or something that I can do before to go on mass production?
Attached you can find a schematic extract (U6A is the op amp with prevalent failure) where V+ and Vref are respectively +5Vdc and +2.5Vdc derived from TI XTR115 IC and input on R9 is 0-5V from another OPA2313.
