LMP91051: Zero voltage at the CMOUT pin

Hi,

do I understand correctly that if the VDD and VIO pins are connected to supply (3V3) then I should see the default 1.15V value at the CMOUT pin  even other pins are not connected? Since I can see 0V at CMOUT does it mean that anything wrong with a LMP91051 device? Thanks!
