Low Noise Op-Amp without ESD Diodes

I'm having a hard time finding an Op-Amp that does not contain any ESD protection Diodes. Does one exist? 

Specifications:

VS: +/- 12 or greater

GBP: 1MHz or greater

Low noise

Unity gain stable
