Dear Sir/Madam
I want to use this circuit for INPUT 0 TO 1 VOLT AND FREQUENCY OUTPUT.
When i Powerd this circuit for 15 volt to 24 volt it works fine.But if I made Vs=5V there is a lot of fluctuation in output.
Kindly tell if any changes are required in circuit ?
Kindly assist me in LM331 DESIGN for voltage to frequncy converter.?
