LMH6518: LMH6518 output oscillate with different power supply

Hi all,

I am using LMH6518 to amplify my signal. It worked good. But when I changed the power supply (+5v for the Vcc analog power supply), the output start oscillating. When I changed to a third power supply(different equipment), it works again. But when I checking the power supply (Agilent E3631A) which make it oscillate, it is clean 5v voltage. I didn't see any different. So anyone can give any suggestion or hint why this happen? The schematic is below.
