XTR106: Temperature range of XTR106

I have read the manual of XTR106, and I was puzzled by the temperature ranges.

Specification -40~85

Operating -55~125

Storage -55~125

What is the difference between the specification temperature and the operating temperature?

I would like to design a loop working between -45 and +70.

So, could you tell me whether the chip works or not. Or is there other solutions?
