Part Number:OPA192
Hello,
I'm working with the OPA192 in my system and need to design our circuit to handle lightning strikes.
The lightning pulse (1500V @ 60A and 750V @ 150A) will enter the "Vin signal nodes and I need to add TVS diode protection.
As I was sizing out the TVS diode I needed, I noticed that the datasheet doesn't give a rating of the single ended voltage on the Vin+ and Vin- pins. It only gives differential and common-mode absolute max ratings. (section 6.1 in datasheet). It looks like the current that can be handled in +/-10mA.
What's the max voltage that the Vin+ and Vin- pins can handle? It would also be nice to know what output voltage the output pin can handle as well as this isn't specified in the datasheet. (I see that Isc is +/-65mA)
Regards,
Hayden
