Hi,
I am trying to use the LM331AN for both V-F and F-V conversion. I am using the circuit in figure 15 of the datasheet (inserted below) , with the following changes: Rs = ~8.4k, Rt = 20k. I am running single supply at 5V on the bench, and when I put a voltage in at Vin (say, 3V), I see no switching at the output pin 3 (pin stays low). At the very least I expected to see activity on pins 1 and 6 but I don't see anything happening when I probe it. Any thoughts?
