100 V across input of lmp7721?

Hello,

I note a circuit example in lmp771 spec sheet which shows the op amp connected across an ion chamber which also has 100 Volts bias across it.

Can you please explain how this is possible? I am asking because I want to use the lmp7721 (or lmc6001) to measure leakage in an ion chamber-type geometry for various chamber bias voltages up to 300 or as far as possible, and I am not sure how to do this in circuit with these fA amplifiers....I would like to measure the leakage current at say 220 volts.

Thanks in advance,

John B
