OPA596: Products with higher GBW than OPA596

I was considering OPA596, but I realized that GBW is not enough.

Could you recommend a product that satisfies the following conditions?

V+=42V‐48V
V-=GND connection
Gain=7 times
BW=1MHz(max)
Slew Rate=40V/us(max)
If possible, Rail-to-Rail=In, Out

Current product is TLE2142
