OPA2333-Q1: Amplifier architecture

Hi Team,

Is it ok to use OPA2333 to achieve below design? I am not sure if there is any side effect if use low resistance in addition to power loss.

And I think 10mV is ok for the design because the part offset voltage is ok 23uV, is it correct? (Vin >> Voffset, I am not sure if the criteria is correct or not. If yes, do you have recommended ratio for the relationship?)
