Tool/software:
I am using the fast comparator TLV3601. For VCC I am giving 3.3 V and VEE -0.866 V with the help of voltage divider. But, instead of showing -0.866 V between VEE and GND, it is showing +1.66 V between VEE and GND. What can be the reason behind this.
