LMH13000: questions for this device

My customer is considering this device.

1) When is the RTM for this device? 2026?

2) Is a sample available?

3) Can this device output a constant current of 5A? The datasheet (see below) says it can output a continuous current of 1A.

'' (1) The LMH13000 continues to operate for VSET greater than the mentioned limits; however, lifetime reliability is not guaranteed.''
