LMH13000: Termination for LVDS inputs in CW mode

Hi,

I'm using the LMH13000 current driver for my laser driver design for CW mode (non-pulsed).

I will be using the device in low current mode for my application.

1. In this case, I won't be using the EP-EN pins as its not pulsed output. What should be the termination on this pin?

2. Is the snubber circuit is very necessary?

3. Can the device be operated in inverted voltage (VCC=0V and GND=-5V/3.3V)
