LMP2012QML-SP: Will device damage occur if voltage is applied to +input prior to supply voltage being applied?

Hello, I am using several LMP2012QML-SP's in a space application design.  For one application in particular, we are using this device to measure board input supply voltage. The LMP2012 is powered by a downstream supply voltage that will come up approximately 20ms after the voltage to the device input is applied.  The voltage measured at the device input (+3V) is applied from a resistive voltage divider that effectively limits the input current to 0.6mA thru a 4.99Kohm resistor (see graphic below).  In this scenario, would the LMP2012 be damaged if the + input voltage is applied prior to +5V coming up?
