TLV9021-Q1: Latching amplitude of input signal

Hello,

my customer is looking for a smart way to latch the amplitude of an input signal and compare the amplitude against a reference:

I need TI support for the TLV9021QDBVRQ1. Is there any way to do it latching? I'm trying to do a comparison of two signals, one reference (analog and constant) and one a PWM which can change the amplitude, in case the amplitude of the last one changes above the reference the output will go to LOW, but I need to latch it and do kind of reset?.. Any idea?
