THS4541 question about Simulation

Hey everyone,

right now I would like to amplify a Signal from my Resistant Strain Gauge...

I apply 2.5V to the Bridge and the Gain from the gages is 2mV/V.

I measured the Values from the Ouput and Simulated the Bridge(See attachment).

The Settings for the MFB:

Feedback Filter
Vin(s)→ →Vout(s)

R1 = 240Ω
R2 = 1.3kΩ
R3 = 43kΩ
C1 = 68uF
C2 = 0.1uF

Cut-off frequency
    fc = 8.16318748938[Hz]

Gain at f=0Hz
    Gpk = -179.166666667[times] (45.0651442774)[dB]

These are the Values for the 0kg input....

for 1kg, the Resistor Values are:

R8:   293,35

R9:   294,05

R10: 293,22

R11: 293,74

I am not satisfied with the results maybe I misunderstood something or the Offset is too high or something else...

I get about 105µV on VM2(Input) and  about -41mV as Output(VM1) this is a Amplification of -390!!

when I change the resistance according to 1kg... the input becomes 342µV and the output 1.3mV thats about 4...

My question is now is the amplification too high? or what is my problem in general?

Best regards
