OPA994: Can be used a voltage follower to deliver up to 80mA?

Tool/software:

Hi Experts,

Can this chip OPA994 be used as current amplifier with the following parameter?

Input: 0 to 10V at 4mA
Output: 0 to 10V at 80mA

Tried simulating on TINA but it can't source out such amount of current.
