LMH6639: LMH6639 PSPICE Model

I'd like to know temperature characteristic of LMH6639 PSPICE Model.

Is the simulation result reliable for temperature dependence of oscillation frequency

when I use this model for an oscillator simulation for temp range  20~80deg?
