Switching the Gain for the Ins. Amp INA188

Hi,

I am using INA188 to amplify a signal by 10 and 100 by using two different gain resistor value. I found using rely will not always give the same contact value which will change the gain value. The gain need to be so precise as machine has accuracy of 0.002%.

 VDD= 15V, VSS=-15. Input differential voltage is 0.1V, common mode input voltage -1V to 5 V. Gain is 100, and 10.

 Is it analog switch or solid state relay will work better? or any other idea?
