LM137HVQML: /883 parts: What tests do these parts perform? (Screening, Lot Acceptance test)

I have a question regarding the quality level and test type for components with /883 at the end of the PN.

The components ending with /883 do not have an SMD part number, and I understand that TI directly conducts the testing for these parts.

In this case, can we consider the level of testing to be the same as MIL-STD-38535 QML V, MIL-STD-38534 QML H, etc.? Why /883 grade components do not have an SMD number?

If not, what screening and LAT(lot acceptance test) tests are performed? Please provide a flowchart.
