Hello! I just purchased an USB2ANY device on mouser some time ago and it arrived. I installed the " USB2ANY Explorer Installer v2.7.0.0 " on the product page and when I tried to open the device it said i have to update it. First I had to remove the cable. press that button with a paperclip, and then the update option appeared. I must say I stopped pressing the button a few seconds after startup.
I got a windows 11. The process resulted in an error:
I also saw there was this other "Software" Option on the webpage:
So I installed it too and tried to update the device from it, only to receive another error:
Though here it keeps trying and trying but keeps getting the error. Am I doing something wrong? Could it be incompatible with Windows 11? What OS do I need to run it?
Could I have a broken device and if yes can I return it?
